Cinco De Mayo stood out to me this year as one of the most fun holidays! Sure…it included a margarita on the rocks, a ginormous sombrero on my cabeza, and the quick moving lasso tricks of a charro, Mexican Cowboy.
But, what struck me as so amazing, so memorable, so…….”you go, girl”….were these FAB FIVE women, MARIACHI DIVINAS….THE ONLY ALL FEMALE MARIACHI BAND IN SAN DIEGO!
Meet Dulce and Jazmin on violin, Abby on vihulea, Vivian on guitar, and Angela on guitarron. They travel the world playing music, doing what they love. China, Peru, Mexico….Yep, they’ve been there. Their favorite place to play? That’s easy….San Diego, their hometown. Step aside, “hombres”, the LADIES ARE HERE. Mariachi Divinas…they’re talented, full of energy, funny, and unique.
